Order Processing
Many ASNOVI Shop products are made to order. Processing and production times vary depending on the product,
customization, availability, and fulfillment location. Orders begin processing after payment has been successfully
completed. Personalized or customized products may require additional processing time.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before the customer completes the purchase. Rates may
vary depending on the destination, product, package size, shipping method, and fulfillment provider.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery estimates shown at checkout include estimated shipping time and may not include all production or processing
time. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier disruptions, weather,
holidays, customs processing, high order volumes, or other circumstances outside our control.
Multiple Shipments
Some orders may contain products fulfilled from different facilities or fulfillment partners. As a result, items from the
same order may arrive separately and may have different tracking numbers.
Order Tracking
When tracking information is available, customers will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details using the
contact information provided with the order. Please allow time for tracking information to become active after a shipping
label is created.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order. Please
contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your shipping information. Once an order has entered
production or has been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address. Additional shipping costs resulting
from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer's responsibility where permitted by law.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package appears lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will
review the situation and assist with the appropriate next steps. For damaged items, please keep the item and
packaging and provide clear photographs when requested.

International Shipping
International orders may be subject to customs processing, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by the
destination country. Unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by applicable law, these charges are the
customer's responsibility. Customs processing may also affect delivery times.
Returns
Shipping-related return requests are subject to our Return and Refund Policy. Please contact us before returning any
merchandise.
